📦 Ordering & Products

We specialize in wholesale pallets across four main categories:

Amazon Lots: Customer returns, overstock, and liquidation pallets from Amazon's European fulfillment centers, including electronics, appliances, and mixed general merchandise.

Clothing: Branded apparel from SHEIN, ASOS, DeFacto, Vero Moda, Guess, Boohoo, and other European brands, including women's, men's, children's, swimwear, and underwear.

Footwear: Wholesale shoe lots including sandals, sneakers, boots, and children's footwear from European suppliers.

Bazar & Overstock: General merchandise, retail surplus, and mixed pallets from European retail chains.

The minimum order value is €100 (excluding taxes and shipping). This can be one pallet or multiple items totaling €100 or more.

There is no maximum order limit — we can supply single pallets or full container loads depending on your needs and stock availability.

Yes. Every pallet listed on our website is photographed in our warehouse before being added to the catalog. We show the actual pallet you'll receive — no stock photos or generic images.

Product descriptions include grading information (Grade A, B, or mixed), approximate unit counts, and condition details. What you see is what you get.

Grade A: New or like-new condition. Minimal packaging damage, fully functional items.

Grade B: May have minor cosmetic defects, opened packaging, or slight wear. Items are typically functional but may require inspection or cleaning.

Grade C: Damaged packaging, visible wear, or items that may be untested. Sold "as is" for parts or repair.

Mixed lots: Contain a combination of grades. We specify the approximate mix in each listing (e.g., "80% Grade A, 20% Grade B").

Yes! If you're looking for specific brands, product types, or quantities not currently listed, contact us at info@bmegastockeuropapallets.com. We work with multiple European suppliers and can often source pallets to match your requirements.

Custom sourcing typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on availability.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

All pallets ship from our European warehouse facility. We ship:

Within Europe: All EU countries plus the UK, Norway, and Switzerland.

Worldwide: We arrange container shipments to the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas with full export documentation.

European destinations: 7–10 business days via standard freight

Overseas/International: 2–6 weeks depending on destination, customs clearance, and shipping method

Express shipping: Available for select routes at additional cost

Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, customs inspections, peak seasons, or logistics incidents beyond our control.

No. Prices shown on the website do not include shipping, freight, or delivery costs. Shipping charges depend on:

• Number of pallets and total weight
• Delivery destination and distance
• Shipping method (standard freight, express, container)
• Any special handling or equipment requirements

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided in your quote before finalizing the order.

Yes. Pallet deliveries require unloading equipment such as:

• Forklift or pallet jack
• Loading dock or ground-level access
• Staff available to receive and sign for delivery

If you don't have unloading equipment, notify us in advance. We can arrange delivery to a warehouse with lift-gate service or a freight terminal for an additional fee.

For intra-EU shipments with a valid VAT number, no customs duties apply.

For exports outside the EU, you (the buyer) are responsible for:

• Import duties and taxes in your country
• Customs clearance and broker fees
• Any destination country charges

We provide all necessary export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates) to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

💳 Payment & Pricing

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash: Payment in person at our office only (by appointment)
Bank Transfer: SEPA and international wire transfers
Revolut: Fast digital payments via Revolut
Bitcoin: Cryptocurrency payments accepted

All payments are processed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment is typically required before shipment. Once we receive your order and confirm stock availability, you'll receive an invoice or payment link.

For established wholesale buyers with a history of repeat orders, we may offer payment terms (e.g., Net 30) on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss credit arrangements.

Yes! We offer discounts for bulk orders and repeat customers. Volume pricing depends on:

• Total order value or number of pallets
• Frequency of purchases (one-time vs. ongoing relationship)
• Product category and availability

Prices on the website are shown excluding VAT. The applicable VAT rate depends on:

• Your location and tax status
• Whether you provide a valid EU VAT number
• The product category

For intra-EU B2B transactions with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge mechanism applies (0% VAT, you account for VAT in your country). Final pricing including applicable taxes is shown at checkout.

↩️ Returns & Support

Returns require prior written authorization. Do not send goods back without contacting us first.

Returns are accepted in cases of:

• Verified error in order preparation (wrong pallet sent)
• Transport damage documented with photos within 48 hours
• Substantial mismatch with the product description

Special offer, liquidation, and "as is" lots are final sale and cannot be returned except in cases of error or damage attributable to us.

If you receive a damaged shipment:

1. Note damage with the carrier at time of delivery (take photos, have driver sign acknowledgment)
2. Contact us within 48 hours at info@bmegastockeuropapallets.com
3. Provide photos of damaged packaging and contents
4. Keep all materials for inspection

We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange replacement, partial credit, or refund depending on the extent of damage.

You may request cancellation before we begin order preparation. Once we've started any of the following, cancellation is not possible:

• Stock reservation and packing list creation
• Export documentation preparation
• Shipment dispatch or freight booking

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. For export transactions and special orders, cancellation fees may apply if preparation has already begun.

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

• Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
• Carrier details and tracking link
• Estimated delivery date

For international shipments, tracking updates may be delayed during customs clearance. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of order confirmation, contact us.
