Delivery Address Requirements
Pallet deliveries require a commercial address with loading dock or ground-level access, plus unloading equipment (forklift or pallet jack). Residential deliveries may require lift-gate service at additional cost.

📢 Important: Shipping Arrangements
B-Mega Stock Europa Pallets does not offer independent shipping services. We work with external freight couriers and logistics companies to deliver orders worldwide.
You have two options:
1. Use our partner couriers: We can connect you with trusted freight companies we work with regularly. You'll contract directly with the courier, and they'll handle pickup from our warehouse and delivery to your location.
2. Arrange your own courier: You're welcome to organize pickup through your preferred shipping company or freight forwarder. We'll prepare your pallets for collection and coordinate the pickup schedule.
How Shipping Works with External Couriers
Here's the typical process from order confirmation to delivery, whether you use our courier partners or your own logistics company.

Place Your Order
Complete your order through our website or contact us for a quote. Once payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your pallets for shipment.

Choose Shipping Method
Decide whether to work with our courier partners or arrange your own pickup. We'll provide courier contact information or warehouse pickup details as needed.

Courier Coordination
If using our partners, we'll introduce you and they'll provide a shipping quote. If using your own, you coordinate pickup timing directly with them and notify us.

Preparation & Documentation
We prepare your pallets, generate packing lists, and create all necessary export documentation (commercial invoices, customs forms, certificates).

Pickup from Warehouse
The courier collects your order from our warehouse. We provide loading assistance and ensure all documentation is handed over to the driver.

Tracking & Delivery
Track your shipment through the courier's system. You'll receive their tracking number and estimated delivery date. We're available for support throughout transit.

Customs & Import Duties
For international shipments outside the EU, you are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in your country. We provide all necessary export documentation to facilitate the process.
Estimated Transit Times
Within Europe: 7–10 business days via standard freight. International: 2–6 weeks depending on destination and customs clearance. Express options may be available through specific couriers.
Shipping Costs
Freight costs are paid directly to the courier company, not to B-Mega Stock. Rates depend on weight, destination, and service level. Our partner couriers will provide quotes before shipping.
Delivery Inspection
Inspect your shipment upon arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier immediately. Contact us within 48 hours if there are issues. Take photos before opening shrink wrap to document condition.
